A medical director is a trained physician who oversees and supervises medical treatments provided to ensure each and every patient is provided the best standard of care. The medical director typically oversees the operations of your practice assuming medical responsibility of the patients and procedures in the practice and under your care.
Important Note: We ask that each registrant check with their State Licensing Board and review the practice act pertinent to their scope of practice. Please direct any “scope of practice” questions to a member of your state board, as we will be unable to answer questions pertaining to individual state legalities.
