Educational Dinner and Gala
The 3rd Annual Awards Ceremony & Gala is included with the Cadaver Lab and includes some of the top authorities in aesthetic medicine. The education portion of our Education Dinner and Gala includes Dr Kolenda on Best Practices for Complication Management, Dr Naqvi on Ultrasound-Guided Intramuscular Injections of Nonsurgical BBL, and a special guest speaker, Erica Barry @injectonunny, will be presenting the best techniques in lip injections.
You are welcome to bring a spouse or non-medical guest, and discounted tickets will be available. Dress up in your black-tie finest as this gala is the prime opportunity to showcase your most formal flair and flaunt your style.
Cadaver Lab
The Cadaver Lab is a unique adventure where aspiring injectors learn to treat their patients with greater confidence by studying cadavers’ facial anatomy. Dr Jack Kolenda, M.D., FRCS, Otolaryngologist and Head and Neck Surgeon practising in Facial Plastic Surgery and Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, leads the lab. The lab offers live courses and hands-on experience. Included with the lab is a complications course and it will be an impressive education experience.
The cadaver lab has roughly 35 students broken down into smaller groups of 7 or a 5:1 ratio. The schedule is rigorous, and the course includes a lecture on anatomy and complications followed by a live presentation to showcase the upper, mid, and lower face.
The goal of the cadaver lab is to have all students leave the class with a feeling of confidence that they can provide their clients with safer injecting experiences. We also train providers to reduce the risks of developing unwanted complications when injecting. Safety and professionalism come through the strengthening of anatomy knowledge through our cadaver lab. The lab is a comprehensive review of anatomy, education on anatomical danger zones, and how to avoid complications.
All levels of injectors are welcome to sign up and join the lab. We also welcome injectors with cadaver experience to our workshop to help them refresh their skills and create a wider knowledge base. The more education you have in injecting, the more professional you can be and the more you have to offer your clients. Create confidence in your clients by posting your certificate of graduation from the Cadaver Lab.
Classes are hands-on to provide you with the best learning experiences you can find. In addition, our Black-Tie Educational Gala and unique cadaver lab are tailor-made to give you the best training in the medical aesthetics field. Audrey Rose offers inclusive medical aesthetics training for those who want to enhance their practices. Take advantage of training in dermal fillers, lip augmentation, and neurotoxin injections.
