Please pay a $50 deposit to confirm your model appointment for one of our upcoming trainings, this deposit will be used as a credit towards your treatment. However, if you do not show up for your appointment this fee is non-refundable. If you give us greater than a 24-hour notice and rebook for another clinic we will honor it as a $50 deposit towards future purchases.
