Qualifications:

Ability to multi-task and perform well in fast paced environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Skill in writing medical policies and procedures.
Skill in using healthcare software and computer systems.
Professional communication and presentation skills, including face to face, email, telephone, and video conference.
Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences.
IV placement and transfusions.
Responsibilities:
Consult with the patients about their concerns and questions.
Examine and evaluate patients, counsel them on a variety of procedures.
Provide information about the options available for elective procedures.
Perform the procedures such as dermal fillers, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, laser skin treatments, etc.
Oversee patient education and recovery.
Work collaboratively with other practitioners.
