Job Description: Seeking a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to conduct Good Faith Exams for patients participating in our Semaglutide Program. The successful candidate will work remotely, using telehealth technology to provide medical services to patients. They will be required to review patient medical histories and laboratory analyses of blood specimens. Additionally, they will communicate with our medical director to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working
independently.
Pay: $50 Per visit – Independent Contractor
Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner with current license
