Model Deposits and Packages

Please pay a $50 deposit to confirm your model appointment for one of our upcoming trainings, this deposit will be used as a credit towards your treatment. Upon checkout, please remind the Front Desk of your deposit before checking out and making your final payment.

 

This form is for ARI models who have already booked with us. If you are interested in modeling for ARI or have been scheduled for your first appointment, please reach out to us for assistance with your first payment. If you already made a deposit before making an appointment, please reach out to us by email at info@injectinjectables.com or by calling 617-816-8855.

 

Deposits made are nonrefundable and nontransferable if you no-show, cancel reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you give us greater than a 48-hours notice and rebook for another clinic we will honor it as a $50 deposit towards future purchases.
